A number of constituents have sent me a copy of an
email regarding trade negotiations with the USA and concerns over the NHS.
The NHS is not for sale. It is not on the
negotiating table and never will be. Reports to the contrary are false and
purely politically motivated which is disgraceful.
The NHS has proven yet again what a wonderful and
precious asset it is during the recent medical crisis and I was delighted to
see the government act swiftly to add further countless millions of funding to
the NHS to give it the support it needed.
