I would like to thank constituents for emailing me
regarding their latest concerns on the persecuted of Christians.
As we marked International Women Day’s, it is
appalling to learn that Christian women are twice as vulnerable as Christian
men in facing persecution.
I am horrified to hear about the story they have
shared, and want to assure them that speaking against persecution of Christians
remains high on my agenda.
I have worked and will continue to work closely
with Open Doors to draw attention to this matter and call for further action on
this important issue facing the world.
